§ Mr. ChopeMy Department first received correspondence from Mr. Lawrie on this subject on 19 February 1990. A substantive reply was sent on 20 April 1990. There has been later correspondence and I last wrote to my hon. Friend on the subject last September. I hope to send a further letter on outstanding points before the end of this month.
