To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he considered the application by the West Yorkshire transport museum for city grant; whether it has been approved; and if he will make a statement.

[holding answer 12 February 1991]: An application for city grant was received on 9 January and is currently under appraisal. A decision on the application will be made as soon as possible.
