§ Mr. ScottEntitlement to invalidity benefit does not depend on the nature of a person's incapacity for work. People suffering from myalgic encephalomyelitis may qualify if they satisfy the entitlement conditions. We have no plans to make special provision for people suffering from this particular condition.
