To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what steps he is taking to ensure that mink farms do not release mink into the wild.

All mink farms are inspected annually by Ministry officials to ensure that they meet the security standards required by the Mink (Keeping) Regulations 1975, as amended.
