Member for Southwark and Bermondsey (Mr. Hughes) on Friday 8 November 1991,Official Report, column 305. The Tidy Britain Group, which receives grant in aid from my Department, is undertaking further surveys of local authorities to monitor the implementation of part IV of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. We await the results of its latest survey.
