To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs why it has been decided not to contribute funds to the special famine relief programme run by the International Fund for Agricultural Development; and if he will make a statement.

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will reconsider his decision not to make available funds to assist the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development's special programme for Africa; and if he will make a statement.
