Mr. Ashley

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list all outstanding cases against the United Kingdom at the European Commission on Human Rights which have been declared admissible by the Commission but have not yet been considered by or referred to either the court or the Committee of Ministers, giving their names, application numbers and their subject matter.
