§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyQa Business Services was formed in December 1989 as a result of a management buyout of the management services division of West Midlands regional health authority. The company was put into administrative receivership in September 1991. Some of the assets of the company were acquired by AT & T ISTEL in October 1991. Any investigation of this company's affairs would be a matter for the Department of Trade and Industry.
