§ Mr. DorrellA draft statement of policies has now been produced, a copy of which I have placed in the Library. The Registrar General will be seeking the views of a range of outside bodies before this statement is formally adopted. The policies it proposes are, however, being followed in OPCS, pending consideration of the views obtained through the consultation process.
