Whether they expect the Passenger's Charter being prepared by British Rail as a contribution to their Citizen's Charter initiative to propose standards for informing passengers on unstaffed and partially staffed stations of delays and cancellations of trains.

BR's Passenger's Charter will include a commitment to improve passenger information, especially when services are delayed or disrupted.
