§ Mr. RedwoodThe responsibility for these directives falls mainly to the Home Office, although the Department of Trade and Industry lead on the directive on data protection in telecommunications and the decision on information security. There have been no meetings with DTI Ministers specifically on this issue, but regular representations have been received at official level.
