How much revenue was levied and collected, in total and as a percentage of gross domestic product, by way of rates, national non-domestic rates and community charge for each of the tax years 1980–81 to 1990–91 and how much was levied and is to be collected by way of community charge, national non-domestic rates and 2½ per cent. VAT in 1991–92.
