§ Mr. John PattenThe Home Secretary has not received any representations. This is primarily a matter for the Charity Commissioners for England and Wales. I understand from the Charity Commissioners that they have received some representations and that they have met with the Royal National Institute for the Deaf to discuss the charity's relationship with Sound Advantage, a commercial company which is not part of the institute.
