§ Mr. ChopeAs part of our wider policy initiatives to improve the safety of vulnerable road users we are currently running a series of campaigns to make motorists more aware of their responsibility for the safety of others, particularly children. These campaigns focus on the need to slow down in residential areas, where inappropriate speed is a major contributory cause of accidents.
