§ Mr. JoplingTo ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will estimate the number of farmers eligible for the environmentally sensitive areas scheme in the Lake District national park, living in404W parishes which are entirely within the park and within South Lakeland district council, giving both the number of parishes concerned and the number of parishes omitted from the calculation owing to their being only partly within the park.
§ Mr. CurryThe precise area to be covered by the new Lake District environmentally sensitive area has not yet been decided. Proposals will be issued for consultation shortly.
