§ Mr. CousinsTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether his proposed definition of arms for the purposes of the establishment of an arms sales register as required by United Nations resolution will cover(a) the sales of designs, technology and project management expertise, (b) military end-users of dual-use machine tools, and electronic equipment, (c) radar, communications and energy option equipment and (d) bunkers, testing facilities and target-hardening equipment.
