§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe Overseas Development Administration has given £550,000 bilateral aid. The EC has contributed 52.5 mecu—£36.75 million—towards humanitarian food aid needs in Albania. The United Kingdom's contribution to this is £6.6 million.
