§ Mr. BaldryThe European Community's proposed municipal waste water treatment directive was adopted in May 1991 as the urban waste water treatment directive. The department has set up an advisory group to assist in the task of implementing the directive in the United Kingdom. The National Rivers Authority is represented on this group.
§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he proposes to issue guidance on the definition of sensitive waters for the purposes of the implementation in the United Kingdom of the 1985 European Community municipal waste water treatment directive.
