To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he has any plans to publish the guidelines for the construction of small arms firing ranges.

There are no plans to publish any such guidelines. Broad technical advice on range safety (including range construction) is however provided to civilian shooting clubs through the National Rifle Association and the National Small-Bore Rifle Association.
