§ Mr. ForthMr. R. K. Palmer, and employee of A & P Appledore (Falmouth) Ltd., suffered injuries to his legs and head while working on a mobile elevated work platform.
The Health and Safety Executive has initiated prosecution action against Nationwide Access Platforms Ltd. for an alleged breach of section 3(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
