What is the number and average cost of appeals to the Independent Tribunal Service for income support for the quarter ending 31st December 1991 for each region.

The latest available information for appeals to the Social Security Appeal Tribunal is for the quarter ending 31st March 1991, and is shown in the table.

His Honour Judge Holden, the President of the Independent Tribunal Service, has advised that the average adjudication cost of an appeal to a social security appeal tribunal is £34. The additional administrative support cost is not available.
