§ Mr. JackWe have no such plans, but my right hon. and learned Friend has recently published information under section 95 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 to facilitate the performance by persons engaged in the administration of criminal justice of their duty to avoid discriminating on the grounds of race or sex or any other improper ground.
