§ Mr. BaldryIt is estimated that private enterprise housebuilding starts amounted to 13,100 dwellings, and housing association starts to 2,100 dwellings, in the west midlands standard statistical region during the financial year 1991–92. The corresponding figures reported for the Walsall local authority area were 503 and 159 dwellings.
