§ Mr. MacleanWe are not aware of any evidence that the export of primates from Kenya poses a threat to the survival of wild populations. Each application to import primates into this country is examined by our scientific advisers, the Joint Nature Conservation Committee, and allowed only if they are satisfied that there will be no harm to the species.
