(2) what research his Department has carried out into the cost of bringing national health service premises up to the standards required by fire safety legislation; and what cost was estimated.
§ Mr. Peter LloydNational health service premises are already subject to the provisions of the Fire Precautions Act 1971. The Crown immunity which they formerly had was removed on 1 April 1991 by section 60 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990.
