§ Mr. McLoughlinIn preparing off-site emergency plans for all those sites subject to regulation 11 of the Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Regulations 1984, as amended, the emergency planners have to take account of the full range of possible events, in accordance with the official guidance published by the Health and Safety Executive—HS(G) 25—"The Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Regulations: Further Guidance on Emergency Plans" and HS(R) 21—revised—"A guide to the Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazards Regulations 1984".
