§ Mr. AtkinsIt is too early to say how the sale of water and sewerage services in Northern Ireland will take place. Following my announcement on 15 July of the Government's privatisation plans, the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland has commissioned a feasibility study to consider a number of major issues in relation to privatisation, including the options for the method of sale.
