§ Sir Hector Monro[holding answer 1 December 1992]: A vessel whose licence entitlement stems from an aggregation entered into since 1991, and does not therefore have a track record of days at sea for that year, will have its days at sea entitlement calculated from the entitlements of the donor vessels.
