TaylorThe County Court Fees (Amendment) Order 1992, which revised the fees payable in the county court, came into force on 30 November 1992 in respect of general proceedings and, with effect from 1 April 1993, introduces a fee for proceedings under the Road Traffic Act 1991. There are no plans for immediate increases in other court fees. Representations on the revised county court fees have been received from eight hon. Members, the County Court Users Association and two firms of solicitors.
