§ Mr. AtkinsThe Department of Economic Development and NIE plc have jointly commissioned a study into the potential for renewable energy in Northern Ireland and plan to publish its findings next spring. No decisions on a non-fossil fuel obligation for Northern Ireland can be made until then.
