§ The Prime MinisterWe have stressed the need to take appropriate account of the north in discussions in the United Nations Security Council; in meetings with the United Nations Secretary General and the under-secretary general for humanitarian affairs; in discussions at the United Nations donors conference which took place last week in Addis Ababa; and in recent meetings my right hon. and noble Friend Baroness Chalker, the Minister for Overseas Development, has had with British nongovernmental organisations working in Somalia.
