§ Mr. LeighIt is not envisaged that any changes in the provision of Government services over the counters of post offices in Wales will result from the restructuring of Post Office Counters Ltd. which was announced on 3 December. No representations have been received about the needs of rural Wales in the specific context of this restructuring which will have no effect on the number on staffing of individual post offices.
