asked Her Majesty's Government:

On what dates and in what form applications to merge from Kidderminster and District Health Authority and from Bromsgrove and Redditch District Health Authority were received by the West Midlands Regional Health Authority.

A request from both authorities to commence the consultation process was sent to the West Midlands Regional General Manager on 5th November 1991.
