§ The Prime MinisterResponsibility for overseeing and developing green issues in 10 Downing street rests with the Cabinet Office. The Green Minister for the Cabinet Office is the Parliamentary Secretary, Office of Public Service and Science. Within the Cabinet Office three civil servants are currently involved with the management and development of green issues. Various officials in 10 Downing street also deal with green issues among others. Any expenditure is likely to be met from existing funding.
