Whether the Defence Export Services Secretariat was involved with the exports to Iraq which are to be examined by Lord Justice Scott and whether it is the case that the head of this Secretariat was the Chairman of the United Nations Group of Experts on the Study on Ways and Means of Promoting Transparency in International Transfers of Conventional Arms.
