§ Mr. BrookeThis is a matter for which the Department of National Heritage is now responsible. People who had the concession when the regulations were changed in 1988 have kept it. The regulations included a provision which preserved the rights of existing beneficiaries for their lifetime, provided they continued to live in accommodation which would have qualified under the old regulations.
