§ Mr. MacleanWe wish to see the establishment of a small community inspectorate to audit the performance of national enforcement agencies; and the harmonisation of reporting methods under the Standardised Reporting Directive. During our presidency, we have successfully encouraged the formation of a network of environmental enforcement agencies to encourage exchange of information on enforcement practice.
