§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe bulk of multilateral aid spending over the next three years will arise from existing commitments and developments in the EC budget expenditure on aid. Within individual bilateral aid programmes a range of commitments have already been entered into for spending over the next three years. Details of individual commitments could be provided only at a disproportionate cost.
