§ Mr. Garel-JonesWe have not approved licences for the export of any military equipment or equipment with military application to Azerbaijan: we adhere to the embargo called by the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) on 28 February 1992 on the supply of weapons to the region of the Nagorno-Karabakh dispute. We are pressing for a widening of the CSCE embargo to cover military assistance generally.
