§ Mr. MacleanYes. Guidance on the circumstances in which ozone-depleting substances may become controlled wastes for the purposes of part II of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, will be included in the circular to be issued by my Department before the whole of section 33 is brought into force, which is intended to be on 1 April 1993.
