§ Mr. Tipping
To ask the President of the Board of Trade what account was taken of articles 90 and 92 of the treaty of Rome in drawing up the non-fossil fuel obligation.

§ Mr. Eggar
The non-fossil fuel obligation was notified at the appropriate time to the European Commission for the necessary clearances.
