§ Mr. Lennox-BoydA representative of Friends of the Earth raised concerns about the forestry and environment project in Gabon with senior officials of the ODA in September. Through a subsequent exchange of correspondence, Friends of the Earth has been advised that World bank staff have been asked to respond to the issues raised in a memorandum prepared by some nongovernmental organisations.
