§ 26. Mr. Jacques ArnoldTo ask the Secretary of State for Health if she will make a statement on progress being made by fund-holding practices.
§ Dr. MawhinneyIt is clear that fund-holding practices are delivering real benefits to patients. This is reflected in the growing number of practices joining the scheme, which we expect will cover one in four of the population from April 1993.
