§ Mr. Archie HamiltonConsultation between Bosnian military commanders and United Nations agencies to ensure that humanitarian aid convoys are able to proceed to their destination takes place in a workingg group, chaired by Major General Morillon, Commander Bosnia-Herzegovina Command. Additionally, negotiations between the United Nations convoy commanders and local Bosnian military commanders, to take account of specific local conditions, take place if required as the convoy proceeds towards its destination.
