§ Mr. Douglas HoggThere are no plans at present to contribute in the coming year to any programme activities of UNESCO through its regular budget. However, the United Kingdom retains its membership of certain inter-governmental bodies which come under UNESCO auspices. We expect to contribute to the World Heritage Fund, the inter-governmental Oceanographic Commission, and the universal copyright convention in the forthcoming year.
