To ask the Secretary of State for Health what rights NHS dental patients have to make a formal complaint about their treatment.

Dr. Mawhinney

A national health service patient has the right to complain formally to the family health service authority on whose list the dentist is included about an alleged failure by the dentist to comply with his or her terms of service, or about the fit or efficiency of a denture provided for him or her by the dentist.
