§ Mr. Lennox-Boyd[holding answer 3 December 1992]: Know-how fund (KHF) assistance to Russia concentrates on four priority sectors: energy, small business development, food distribution and production. and financial services. The establishment of co-ownership housing schemes falls outside these sectors. We have no plans to change this policy.
