§ Mr. SainsburyMy Department's Invest in Britain Bureau promotes the whole of the United Kingdom as an attractive location for overseas inward investors. In 1992–93 it provided grant-in-aid of £1,112,000 to INWARD to undertake overseas inward investment promotional activities for the north-west region.
The table shows the number of inward investment projects and the associated jobs which the north-west has received in the last 10 years.
