To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs which states have made a commitment to the International Atomic Energy Agency to open any site and any installation on their territory to visits from Agency inspectors; and if he will make a statement.

We understand that the following states have indicated to the IAEA that they would allow unrestricted access to any sites the agency may wish to visit: Iran, North Korea, South Africa.
