§ Mr. David HuntThe contract for the project management consultancy for Cardiff Bay barrage was the subject of a competitive tendering exercise. Selected companies were invited to tender on 17 August 1992. The contract has not yet been signed, and it would therefore be inappropriate to release proposed details at this stage.
